Innovative models to revive the global economy
October 15-16, 2020, Bucharest, Romania
The recent economic challenges determined by the global crisis reinforce the need of implementing new and innovative methods to revitalize countries, people, business and education.
The 3rd edition of ICESS organized by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies between 15-16 October 2020 provides an opportunity for academics, PhD students and practitioners to discuss and exchange ideas, especially in the light of the recent crisis determined by COVID-19.
Academics and PhD students from Bucharest University of Economic Studies are exempted from paying conference fees.
Following the international trends and evolution of scientific events in the next period, the activities during this conference could be organized on-line.
We would appreciate if you could share this information with other colleagues from international universities who might be interested in this scientific event.

joi, 28.05.2020, la orele 11,00 DMCI organizează o dezbatere legată de competiția de Proiecte de cercetare exploratorie PCE 2020, lansată recent de UEFISCDI.
Colaborare cu China în cadrul H2020, apel ”CE-BIOTEC-08-2020” – nou termen: 19 iunie 2020.
Tematica: Noi biotehnologii pentru remedierea contaminanților nocivi.
Acest subiect face parte din inițiativa-pilot UE-China privind Biotehnologia pentru mediu și sănătatea umană, care va promova o cooperare structurată, coordonată și echilibrată în cercetare și inovare dintre UE și China. Persoanele juridice din China trebuie să solicite finanțare în cadrul mecanismului chinez de cofinanțare gestionat de Fundația Națională de Științe Naturale din China (NSFC).

NISPAcee Conference 2020 postponed
Dear Member of the NISPAcee community,
We are very sorry, but by now it has become clear that the coronavirus epidemic rendered our May conference unfeasible. This is, of course, a major disappointment to all of us – but in the view of the immense societal, human and economic losses we all are facing cancelling the Annual Conference was the only responsible as well as the only feasible solution. Therefore the NISPAcee leadership has decided to postpone the 28th NISPAcee Annual Conference to be held in Split, Croatia, in the Fall 2020, most probably on 15-17 October, 2020 with preconference meetings to be held on October 14, 2020. Please keep these days in you calendar. However, this is something that could be decided only once the pandemics recedes. A final decision in this matter will be announced as soon as possible. All related deadlines will be postponed as well. Please, follow the info on the NISPAcee web.
We encourage all members of our NISPAcee family to maintain (virtual) contacts and to develop and share ideas with one another, as well as with us, in the forthcoming period of confinement. And, most of all, we wish all of you psychological strength, tenacity and good health to confront the challenges ahead of us.

Numarul special “Public Policy Evaluation and Sustainable Economic Development: Theoretical and Empirical Aspects”, propus spre publicare in revista Sustainability, este acum online.Se poate consulta la linkul de mai jos:Termenul final de submitere este iulie 2021, iar articolele se publica pe masura ce sunt trimise si acceptate de editori. Tematica este generoasa si acopera evaluarea politicilor publice din diferite domenii: agricultura, mediu, cercetare-dezvoltare, capital uman s.a.
Există un nou curs gratuit de e-learning online, conceput pentru a introduce cercetătorii și studenții în antreprenoriat și pentru a-i ghida prin etapele principale ale modului de validare a potențialului de afaceri al ideii lor. Pornind de la descoperirea pieței, cercetătorul / studentul învață și aplică concepte fundamentale printr-o serie de lecții care includ atât material de învățare, cât și exerciții.
Instrumentul a fost dezvoltat de Universitatea Roma Tre (Italia), în parteneriat cu Universitatea Națională din Irlanda – Galway, Școala de afaceri IESE și Venture Hub (Spania), Translated (Italia) și European Young Innovators Forum (Belgia), în cadrul unui proiect finanțat de UE numit STARTED.
